The content of this 1.5-day online course will include a high level a review of the design requirements for a complete and quality Permit Application, from Permit Application to Construction Verification, including:

• Timelines, and high-level requirements
• Current attachment processes and the expected Building Broadband Faster Act (BBFA) process including the review of the One-Window portal
• Completing a Permit Application beginning to end, with high-level review of nonlinear analysis requirements, and including the two unique procedures where
  • The applicant completes the Communications attachment design and the LDC make-ready design
  • The applicant completes the ISP attachment design (alone)
• Construction Verification / Record of Inspection / As-Built Drawings
